2 WOMEN WIN SENATE PRIMARIES.(Main)

Midwestern Republican Sens. Bob Dole of Kansas and Christopher Bond of Missouri easily captured nominations for new terms Tuesday, and both will face women who won Democratic primaries.

In other voting in five states, President Bush's cousin trailed in his ballot debut in a congressional race in Missouri.

Missouri voters also chose from among a dozen candidates who spent a record $12.3 million campaigning to be their next governor. Lt. Gov. Mel Carnahan won the Democratic nomination, and Attorney General William Webster led the Republican field.
